The design brief for Bosque centred on creating a private, grounded sanctuary that responds directly to its surrounding landscape.

The intent was to reduce visual impact at the street, establish a staged arrival sequence, and deliver a home that feels immersive, calm and highly liveable.

Spatial planning prioritised connection across key living zones, with particular emphasis on the kitchen as the functional and social core of the home. The design also needed to support both everyday family life and entertaining, while maintaining a strong relationship to the surrounding reserve.
