“We’d heard build stories of good and bad over the years and yet with this being our first project, and quite a large one, we never felt anything other than positivity. It helps that Dayne’s cool headed and calm demeanour was always present but that was never mistaken for professionalism and perfection. He runs his projects with precision and his talented, committed crew know that and together they are tireless workers.
He worked extremely well with our architect who thankfully brought us together.
Dayne’s “it’s not good enough, we’ll do it again” attitude is so impressive and it’s on display at every turn in the completed product. He’d pour in extra hours and weekend time when required as he really seemed to take a personal and almost emotional attachment to his work.
Our house, that Dayne built from scratch, so exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to thank him enough. It’s rare to meet many these days but he and his lovely new wife Nadia are truly quality people. Our build process kept us all seeing or at least speaking with each other daily and we’ve all become friends, which is just an added bonus to them creating our dream home. I’ve heard chat around town that Dayne is an upcoming building star of the future, in my opinion, he’s very much already there.”
